BarkMore Park has proudly served the Asheville community since 1984, making us the longest standing dog daycare and lodging facility in the area. Today, we are proudly woman and veteran owned and operated. We remain a locally run small business, not a corporation, and we are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our community.

Our long history reflects our deep commitment to safety, enrichment, and a genuine love for dogs. From our thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor play areas to our climate controlled overnight accommodations, everything we do is focused on your dog’s happiness and well-being.

We pay our BarkMore Park staff industry leading wages and benefits, and we are proud to offer a retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions. Our entire team is certified in canine CPR by the American Red Cross, and we maintain a high staff-to-dog ratio to ensure each dog gets the attention and care they deserve.
